South African Woman Turns on Love Music,Attempts Suicide
A woman in South Africa was rescued by members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) after attempting to take her own life by consuming multiple bottles of medication.
According to reports, residents in the area alerted authorities on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, after noticing unusual behavior from the woman. Witnesses stated that she had turned on a love song at high volume before attempting suicide.
Upon arrival, RUSA officers found the music blaring and the woman unconscious on the kitchen floor. The officers were forced to break through a locked gate to gain access to the premises.
Authorities confirmed that the woman lived with her girlfriend, who was not present at the time of the incident. Further details surrounding the circumstances of the suicide attempt are yet to be gathered.
Emergency responders provided immediate medical assistance, and the woman was stabilized before being taken to a medical facility for further care.
