Kaduna Police Nab Two Suspected Kidnappers Over Alleged Abduction of Married Women
The Kaduna State Police Command has arrested two men suspected of abducting two married women in the state.
The arrests were disclosed on Wednesday in a post shared on X by security analyst Zagazola Makama. According to the account, the suspects allegedly kidnapped the women and held them in captivity for a period before eventually releasing them.
After securing their freedom, the women reportedly maintained contact with the suspects as part of a coordinated effort to assist security agencies in tracking them. Acting on guidance from law enforcement, the victims agreed to meet the suspects at a designated location in Kaduna under the guise of a routine meeting.
Police operatives, acting on prior intelligence, moved in at the meeting point and apprehended the suspects without incident. The suspects are currently in police custody, while investigations continue to determine the full circumstances surrounding the alleged abduction and whether additional accomplices were involved.
