Direct Entry Candidates Must Upload IJMB, JUPEB Results or Forfeit Admission – JAMB

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has directed all 2024 Direct Entry (DE) candidates who applied using awaiting results from IJMB or JUPEB to upload their results immediately upon release or risk forfeiting their admission.
In a statement issued on Sunday in Abuja, JAMB spokesperson Fabian Benjamin warned that any candidate who fails to comply will be disqualified from the 2024 DE admission process. He explained that some candidates registered with awaiting results but have yet to upload them, emphasizing that, just like the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), awaiting results will not be considered for admission.
Benjamin stressed that all credentials must be verified to determine candidates’ eligibility. Those who fail to upload their results will be regarded as having none. He also advised candidates applying for the 2025 DE to ensure their results are uploaded promptly upon release to improve their chances of admission.
