Wike’s Media Aide, Fayose’s Brother Clash Over FCT Minister’s Whereabouts

Lere Olayinka, the Media Aide to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has engaged in a heated exchange with Isaac Fayose, the younger brother of former Ekiti State Governor Ayo Fayose, over comments regarding Wike’s whereabouts.
Amid speculation on social media about Wike’s health, Isaac Fayose took to Facebook on Saturday, questioning the Minister’s location. He wrote: “Where is Wike?? Please, your attention is needed.” He later shared a video reiterating the question, suggesting Wike’s presence was needed in Bayelsa State.
In response, Olayinka lashed out at Fayose, dismissing his remarks and accusing him of substance abuse. He cautioned him to focus on his own health rather than speculating about Wike’s.
“Before I leave here for other important engagements, let me advise Prince Isaac Fayose to take the issue of his health, especially his internal organs, very seriously,” Olayinka wrote. “When you smoke weed and sniff certain things, you need regular medical checkups rather than obsessing over Wike, who was at home after working late yesterday. And be mindful of the NDLEA abeg. Just an advice.”
Isaac Fayose quickly fired back, tagging Olayinka in another post, teasing: “Lere Olayinka, your video is coming soon. Between me and your drunk@rd boss, we go see today.”
The exchange has since sparked reactions across social media, fueling speculation and further debate over Wike’s absence.
