APC, INEC Behind My Recall Petition – Natasha tells Supporters

Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has alleged that the petition seeking her recall from the Senate was orchestrated by members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) with the support of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Speaking to a large crowd of supporters during her homecoming on Tuesday, the embattled Kogi Central lawmaker, elected under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), accused INEC of assisting the petitioners in perfecting their claims.
She criticized the electoral body for initially rejecting the petition due to missing details, only to later accept it after guiding the petitioners on how to provide the necessary information.
“The first submission had no addresses or phone numbers, but INEC stepped in to help them correct their errors,” she stated.
Senator Natasha also claimed that the petitioners, allegedly APC members, later submitted a document with a non-existent address.
