Kudos galore! That was what the Nollywood stars who graced the recent convention of the College of The Immaculate Conception (CIC) in Charlotte, USA gave to their host, Benson Ejindu as they departed for Nigeria.
Ejindu, a patron of Rangers International of Enugu had after the CIC convention hosted the actors and actresses to a dinner at his palatial Charlotte home.
Diewatt Ikpechukwu had at the dinner described Ejindu as a man with a large heart, even as he commended him for remaining a patriotic Nigerian.
“Unlike some Nigerians in the diaspora, Ejindu has continued to look home ward and contributing to the development of our country. As a football person, I know the role he played last season when Rangers won the league. I also know he is the man driving what the old boys of CIC are doing in the infrastructural development of their alma matar. We are happy to be associated to a man like him,” Ikpechukwu said.
Mary Igwe on her part was full of praise for Ejindu describing him as a good host who made every moment of their stay in Charlotte memorable.
“We have had a wonderful stay and we can not but say a big thank you to Ejindu for being a good host.”
Charles Inojie also thumbed up Ejindu for the invitation he extended to him and the other Nollywood stars that were in Charlotte.
“We won’t hesitate to honor his invite whenever he wants us to be around any of his events anywhere,” Inojie said.
