LEADERSHIP Entertainment Editor Bags Agent For Positive Change Award

LEADERSHIP Entertainment and Tourism Editor, Anthony Ada Abraham, who is known for championing the growth of entertainment in Abuja and environs, has been awarded the Agent for Positive Change in Entertainment, 2017 by an entertainment TV station, Gafiligadoki TV and Magazine.
The event which was attended by the creme de la creme of the entertainment and media industries also saw Oche the King, Big mo, Nollywood Uzee concept, Gully Ryder, Rachael Bacham and others going home with various categories of award.
In an interview with journalist after the awards, Anthony expressed appreciation to the organisers for recognizing and also finding him worthy of the award.
“I was amazed when I was told I have been nominated to receive an award. This is the fourth award I am receiving in a role. I don’t like to blow my own trumpet. I just want my work to speak. Entertainment has always been my thing and I love the industry.
“I believe my job as a journalist is to contribute my quota to my community as agents of change. And the recognition will go a long way. I want to thank everyone who supported and nominated me. My colleagues, friends and family. I will not forget LEADERSHIP Newspaper for giving me the platform to express myself and contribute my little knowledge in the growth of entertainment not just in Abuja and but the country at large.”
